Effects of In-Ovo Injection of sialic acid on Chick's embryonic development and physiological traits

This study was conducted at the College of Agriculture – University Anbar, Iraq. From 16 January to 5 February 2022, this aimed investigate effect injected egg hatching different sialic acid times in growth and embryonic development. Four hundred eggs types (Ross 308) were with concentrations 0 days (before placing incubator), 7 14 incubation. Eggs divided into four groups (100 each) as follows: T1: The control group placed incubator without injection. T2: Injected a dose 100 μg age zero. T3: days. T4: Statistical analysis performed (CRD) (P=0.05); results show: Increase e length embryo, diameter vascular region number pairs somites 3 incubation for T1. percentage weight, decrease Albumin shell T2 T3. weight amniotic sac liquid, yolk, include T2. yolk They have concluded that In-Ovo injection contributed increased physiological traits Keywords: In-Ovo, Sialic Acid, Erythropoietin, Oxygen, Anemia, Anoxia.
